Everything we have and all that we are is a gift from God. Our Christian Stewardship is managing our gifts for God's purposes. The more that we give, the more that we receive in return.

Sharing My Treasure

In the Gospel, Jesus asked us to do for others as we would do for ourselves. Ministry to others, whether through time or money, is a gift of your skills and compassion. At Our Lady of Malibu, we welcome you to work towards helping others in need.

Your gifts enable our parish to fulfill our mission "in shaping the wider world in light of the Gospel". Regular offerings support our operating budget (i.e., annual expenses that support the many ministries of the parish, including liturgy, music, adult and youth education, and outreach). Donations for the Capital Fund enable our church to maintain or upgrade the church campus, like when we retarred the church parking lot/school playground and when we remodeled the Rectory to build the Lower Conference Room, a much used meeting space for our community groups and ministries.

Your Offering

All is gift from God. Giving a weekly, monthly, or annual offering is returning to God what is already His. We invite you to give of your time and money what you're able. Your donations may be designated for a specific purpose (e.g., liturgical for new altar linens), to a specific ministry (e.g., Feed the Homeless/SOS), for a specific need (e.g., new rectory roof), or to our Parish School.
