OLMAR Members
Welcome to OLMAR, an outreach ministry at Our Lady of Malibu dedicated to
helping those in job transition. We held our first meeting in 2009. Those that
attended were welcomed with spiritual words as well as coaching and resume review
from a recruiting professional.
Olmars' purpose is to help smooth career transition and re-entry into the workforce
and provide assistance in identifying employment opportuninties to each person
seeking assistance. The group does this with the help of volunteers offering
mentoring, networking, trainining and spiritual support.
Meetings will be held twice a month. Check the bulletin as well as this website for future dates.
We need:
1. Volunteers - If you have an expertise that would help, we'd love to talk with

2. Job listings. If you have job openings or know of a position, we will post them
on our website. Please email the information.
3. Outreach. To let those in need know about this important resource.
With unemployment expected to continue to rise in the next year, OLM wants to be
